Native New Yorker and current Brooklynite, Lisa Ramsay is a creative director, photographer, producer, artist, teacher, and fitness enthusiast. She picked up a camera as a young teenager and has never put it down. Lisa’s passion for travel—having explored 30 U.S. states, Europe, and the Caribbean—and her love of art shows have deeply influenced both her personal artwork and commercial projects. Currently, she is planning new artistic endeavors, dreaming of future adventures, and learning new techniques to further evolve her craft.

Professional Photographer: Handled assignments for clients across advertising, editorial, fashion, catalog, portraiture, e-commerce, social media content, in-store campaigns, and high-end events. Created visual imagery that expanded brand reach, conveyed messaging effectively, and contributed to increased sales. Managed creative teams of 1–10 people across various productions and companies, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results.

Photo Art Director and Creative Director: Led photography and videography projects from concept through final delivery. Consulted with clients, listened to their needs, and provided expert guidance. Organized teams, secured locations, developed mood boards, line sheets, equipment lists, and creative briefs. Produced and created visual content, adding graphic design, copywriting, and sound design as needed, while overseeing editing and postproduction. Managed teams of 1–15 creatives across a wide range of productions.

Photography Producer: Produced commercial photography and videography shoots focused on expanding sales and audience reach through strategic visual branding and marketing content. Oversaw all aspects of production, from initial planning through postproduction, by developing detailed shoot plans, including budgets, schedules, locations, props, and talent requirements. Scouted and hired models, makeup artists, stylists, and other crew members tailored to each project’s artistic direction, while negotiating contracts and fees to ensure fair and mutually beneficial agreements.

Production Manager: Directed commercials, videography, and still photography shoots, delivering timely project completion, high productivity, and superior client service, resulting in strong repeat business. Managed production teams ranging from 4 to 20 members across various projects.
